Hadley has a tendency to say "Mom, you know what I want more than anything in the whole world?" And then I say "What?" and she usually says "A Bratz doll" or some such other bullshit toy that I won't buy her.
So, just now when she said "Mom, you know what I want more than anything in the whole world?" I sighed and said "What?"
To my surprise, she responded, "To break my leg."
"Really? Aw, honey, I don't think you mean that. It would really hurt and then you'd have to wear a cast and it would itch..."
"No, Mom. I just really want to ride in a wheelchair."
