32 Entropy Lane
A place of disorder and randomness, otherwise known as my life

We leave tonight for Asheville, NC to spend time with Grammy and Bompie for a week. If you happen to be on our flight, I suggest doing a couple of shots prophylactically to guard against certain pint size annoyances. Or perhaps they'll be perfect little angels. I'll hope for the latter.

Asheville rules and I'm excited to drink up the atmosphere of this most special place. It's like this weird mix of old school Southern gentility and manners and laid back, alternative hippie. I love it. Last time I was there, we went to a place called "Early Girl Eatery" and I had a fried green tomato BLT. (most things are about food for me....) If I remember correctly, my MIL said the mayor was a lesbian. Love it. Who would have thought? This little pocket of fabulousness nestled in the mountains of North Carolina would be such a gay mecca? The gays always do know best though...

Anyway, I'm going to do my best to relax. There is this big festival thing called Bele Chere that we might check out. And it's going to be grand to mingle with the whole family. We haven't all been together in a while. I'm sure I'll post some pics of my brood with their cousins while we're there.
