A place of disorder and randomness, otherwise known as my life

I have heard from many people with chronic illnesses that a gluten free or macrobiotic diet worked to help make them feel tip top. I have long put this off because I’m a lazy son of a bitch and have never met a bread product that I didn’t immediately sneak off and make out with.

I am however, dabbling in changing my diet to see how it makes me feel health and energy wise. MORE fish, more nuts, more fruits and veggies and less of basically everything else that I normally eat all the time. Bread, sugar, bread, sugar, bread, coffee, bread, bread. Mmmm…bread. It’s sort of an amalgamation of Perricone, Macrobiotic and the Zone diets. I’m just kind of making it up as I go along and am not going to be a Nazi about it.

We’ll see how it goes. God didn’t make Rome in a day. Or whatever the phrase is. I’ll change it to “Emily didn’t drop the bagel in one day…”

Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither was the whole world if you buy the "creative intelligence theory". I think the giant spaghetti monster created little green apples in an afternoon.
