I'm here in Denver for 10 days to "get it together" as I have been saying. The lack of sleep plus stress was doing nothing for this enigmatic illness of mine, in fact it was making it worse. So my husband and in-laws shipped me off to Denver while they hold down the fort. This is the part where are I tell you they are glorious people full of spunk, intelligent things to say, fabulous things to eat and lots and lots of love. Who gets in-laws like this? I do, thankyouverymuch. I laughed reading their post ( http://blogs.provost.org/grammyandbompie/) about not being able to swear. I think that's all I've been doing. I'm just cursing for sport at this point.
Since arriving, I have had my head out of every vehicle I have been in with my eyes closed, just soaking up the sun. It is 70 degrees here and beautiful.
I am at my parents house and my agenda is to sleep and lay around as much as humanly possible. I think I can do it. It's only been a day and I don't miss my babies...yet. Ask me again tomorrow when I'm telling cute stories about them to the bagger at Safeway.
My parents bed is calling me. I shan't keep it waiting.
